EXCHANGE ONLY NO REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

We DO NOT DO REFUNDS only exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and free of stains such as makeup, deodorant, or any other type of mark. It cannot have been worn or washed. It needs to be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags shouldn't be removed.

Several items are not exchangeable, such as bodysuits, accessories, purses, hats, cosmetics, or any other item that is on clearance. They all are final sale. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If there is any damage, defective, or incorrect item it needs to be reported within 2 days of delivery. Otherwise any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be exchange. Moreover, we do not exchange any item that has been washed. We recommend following the washing instructions on the label attached inside the item. Once an item has been washed, we will not accept your exchange. Furthermore, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE  FOR ANY MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please make sure to submit the correct address. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once the package has been shipped out the liability is between you and USPS. However, we will do our best to help you find you package since each order comes with a tracking number.

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be exchange.

We inspect that all items are in perfect conditions before we shipped out. Therefore, there should be no reasons for exchange due to damaged items.
